South on 14St, through the pedestrian crossing @ 2nd Avenue, you’ll see a bright yellow FREE PHONE on the side of a building to your right. That is Cell City. Turn into the parking lot just to the south of Cell City. It is a park n’ pay (Parking fee is $1/hr until 6pm). I am in the building just to the south of the lot. You will see PILATES on the side of the building. I am in 121A- it will say Why Knot? On the door. I am on the second floor.
